Finally today I got a free time to have a photoshoot. It's been delayed due to the bad weather and the many many activities that I have -_-. (sorry for repeating these sentences alll ovveeerrr againnn. cz thats the fact T.T. I can't dress up prettily everyday since I'm still a student :()
I actually planned to take photos at a park near the beach, but then I changed my mind and went to a small theme park in Tegal, Rita Park. I called 2 of my friends who were free this afternoon to help me take some pics and play together . So they helped me to take pics there, then we played until 5pm. Today was reallyyy fun . Thank you steven & a-j <3 p="">3>
I had lots of fun today. I'm happy because I could forget all my problems for a while and released my stress. Thank you so much for my besties who had accompanied me today :)
The theme park wasn't crowded although we went on Saturday. We even asked the operators to re-do the attraction twice for free since no one else queued ... hahahahaha. The weather was also so good. It's hot but the sun didn't shine too brightly, a little bit windy, and the sky wasn't cloudy too!

To tell you the truth, I've been overthinking lately. I have some fears that I keep deep inside my heart, which I can hardly tell anyone since I'm so scared... I'm scared I'll disappoint people around me.. I'm scared I can't be as good as what people expect me to be.. I'm scared if I'm not good enough..
Beside that, I've also been thinking about my further studies lately. My parents don't want me to study abroad because they don't want me to live too far away from them alone. In the other hand, I haven't found any exact 'major' that I'm interested to in Indonesia. I think other countries have more developed majors in universities than Indonesia. I'm also curious how it feels like living in different country (for a long period of time, not only for short time like holiday). I'm curious about their culture, the way they think, the way they live, which I'm sure can be a great life teacher and give me lots of more knowledges and expand my 'vision'. I know.. living far from my parents will surely be a hell for me since I'm a bit like a crybaby everytime I got sick and feel lonely. But, I'm just bored with this society I've been living since I was born... Oh well... Maybe i'll just study abroad after I finish my bachelor degree? :)
I had lots of fun today. I'm happy because I could forget all my problems for a while and released my stress. Thank you so much for my besties who had accompanied me today :)
you are so prettyy <3 how lucky you are to get not-crowded-themepark on weekend! :D anw don't overthink, it usually ends up ruining everything :) oh and studying abroad is definitely not easy, but it's worth a try :) cheers and have a nice weekend!
ReplyDeleteCute outfit! I like the shorts and the sandals. Your hair and face are cute. I've been used to seeing your straight hair when first finding this blog years ago. Seeing your curly hair, I think your curly hair looks wonderful. Anyhow, well-styled outfit from top to bottom.

I feel the same way too.. when I was in 3rd grade of high school, I asked my parent to allow me to study abroad. They rejected it because I was spoiled girl at that time. Now I study in Jakarta and almost finish my bachelor degree. At first I disappointed with my major of choice cause it's not what I want but then I convinced myself that I can be an excel in this field if I try my best. And the best part is I met lots of people who has expanded vision about their future so still I can learn many things from them.
ReplyDeleteGood Luck Veren.. your parent know and always want to give the best for you. just show them how strong your desire is!
i love your outfit! you have such a great fashion sense :)) <3

I felt the same way like you too.. im in grade 11 just like you and my parent didnt allow me to study abroad, they said im not independent typical girl and they said maybe I will cried a lot if I feel homesick or I cant solve my problems.. but by the time my parents found little solution for me
ReplyDeletefyi there's some univ which originally based in sg,malay, aus, uk, us, etc who offer 2+1 program which means you could study in indonesia for 2 years then continue in which country that you choose for 1 year and graduated there, they also used international curriculum :)
I hope this info could help you ;)
